Hondata question

On my quest for more performance. My next logical step is going to be a race header of some sort and Hondata. I am not so much on the fence about either of these mods. But with the Hondata I know there is a huge increase in midrange power,both hp and torque, and in the end drivablity is improved due to this increase. The little or no gains in the top end with the exception of raise rev limiter allowing for more speed in lower gears. Did a quick search on the forum and couldn't find anything but does any one have any number of either quarter mile or lap time differences before and after Hondata reflash?
