the problem with waiting is that I am flat broke and cannot afford any kind of FI at the moment. Also the fact that AJP has $500 of my money and I don't know what to do with it cause I know they won't give it back to me.

If you paid them $500 for something and did not receive what was ordered then you should get a refund. If they will not comply, then that is why we have a court system.

It was a deposit to help my bro get a some **** for his old scion. We deposted like $2k cause he was gonna get a custom turbo but ended up just getting a new clutch and flywheel. There is $500 left over and I seriously doubt they will give it back cause it was my bros fault and not their fault.
