Upgraed fuel system will do you no good without FI or a built engine. The Hondate reflash will do no good either for an upgraded fuel system...

if you have no boost you need no more fuel as simple as that!

in all actuality you are both incorrect. the 310cc injector included with the motor are setup for the needed fueling for the motor as well as stadardized bolt ons. with the addition of higher performing mods fuel upgrades will be need. but for what motor owners are using right now fueling wont be mandated for intakes and exhaust upgrades

try to pickup some extra fuel jets. we will need that when tuning. go one size up and one size down from the fuel jet you curently have on the single fogger.

I was thinking about getting the Skunk 2 composite fuel rail which is supposed to lower fuel temps. Was also toying with the Idea of an injector swap along with it but I'm holding off for a little while.

well then i would assume that getting upgraded fuel system would be better to do before getting the hondata reflash, correct

Again, you don't need it unless you have FI or serious mods. It does not matter if you get it before or after reflash. The releash will not take advantage of the larger fuel injectors or fuel rail.

I say you are simply wasting your money, but if ya want it, ya want it...

i think it's a B+M one...it just looks red and plain...yes it can't be seen under the IM cover but it's just not to my liking.

the aem one looks real nice...and has added features...don't know if they have one that fits us...something like that i'd prefer.

so it would have to be intake, exhaust and fuel controller to be gaining 212hp because cam gears wouldnt be adding hp.

Get the Skunk2 one. It's ballistic composite nylon so it lowers fuel temp (ALOT) Skunk2 is also coming out with a composite intake manifold that's supposed to lower intake temps even more... I called Skunk2 and the rail will be available in early october...
