That is big enough for the moon. Or maybe even a planet!

It's probably used on industrial equipment.

That's probably used on those huge earth mover dump trucks. Just a guess.

It may not even be used on moving equipment... Anyone know if they make turbocharged diesel generators, lol?

Hah, would probably take like 10 K20's just to get that thing to make boost.

You know, I would imagine that some locomotive would be turbo charged.. That might be close to the size one of those would need.

Probably for a ship. Too big for even a locomotive I think...

The interstate that runs through Arkansas (I think its I30 or I40) has tractor trailers hauling parts for those giant earth movers. A tractor trailer could only fit 4 tires from the giants on there back, and it was a "Wide Load". Those things had to be 20 feet in diameter.

I also saw a few hauling back axel parts and peices for huge front end loaders. They were massive..

I know dude, they are gigantic. I saw one of those earth movers once. They look like a giant house or a small buiding. I was in a huge stone yard in upstate New Hamshire where they were blowing up mountains to get the granite and stone for masonry work. I was working as a mason apprentice back then. it was the biggest piece of machinary I've ever seen. You don't even know how to react when seeing a machine that big. it makes a pterbuilt look like a 78 Datsun pickup. Lol......

If it were for a ship the ship would have to be around the size of an aircraft carrier and have a diesel engine. All large ships, at least for the Navy use jet turbines for propulsion, except carriers where they use a nuclear powerplant. Usually LM2500 jet turbines. Also I've crawled up inside a diesel engine that was made for CAT's (on a U.S. Navy Frigate) and the size of the turbos are only about the size of somebody's head. I'm not really sure what that turbo would be used for unless it was to make a world record of the largest turbo...

If only we had K-pro we could use it... Once, then you'll find your pistons and head a mile down the road.

There are no turbos on a turbine engine... It's pointless seeing as how the turbine engine compresses air and you can't compress compressed air.
