YES! He has the dual Vtec edition Si. So basically when he hits vtec and redlines at 8300, his second Vtec..which is known as "VTECH" kicks in on the 2nd tachometer...allowing him to red line at 16,300 RPM's. You should know this by now. You dont have a Dual VTEC/VTECH combo? I do...it even came with a special VTECH phone. It allows me to make speedy phone calls over seas
