I wanna Get a little feedback.... On the meet... is there Anything you would ask for diffrent...? Any sugestions....? Im open to any ideas and sugestions... im askign cause i am working on the next one already... Due to the fact of intrest from some out of state people and some companys/Certain people asking about the next one... ( possible sponser people)

So if you reply PLS answer the following...

Did you like the park we used..?

Would you recomend that park for the next meet..?

Where You guys ok with helping with the money..?

If you could of changed anything...?

Have a sugestion for the next one.....?

Yeah the park is was really nice and hell i didnt know it existed in Orlando and I live up here!

Would you recomend that park for the next meet..?
I think it would be great to have it at the park again....we need to bbq because we had big pavilion with big grill......but no stuff to grill

I just didn't like having the pavilion so far away from the cars and parking so spread out.

We needed to have a more central place to hangout. Everybody seemed to hang where they were parked or with the crew they rolled in with. If everyone had one place to chill that was close to all the cars it might not have been like that.

There where some that where closer but not big enought parking.... we would have been cramed... being we had so many cars...

But thanks all things posted are going to try to be factored in for the next one...

FOOD. Next time, I think I'ma host the grill with my mad grilling skillz. If I woulda known they had a grill like that I would have done it last time. So fo sho' I want to do something about the food situation so no one has to leave.
If we do it at a different location then we'll have to look into the grill accommodations there to see if it's large enough to grill for that many people.
I've done teppan yaki cooking for over 5 years (japanese steakhouse where they cook in front of you) so I could put up some entertainment as well.

I think the park was nice, but the pavilion was too far away. We need parking next to the pavilion so everyone actually uses it. Oh and a BBQ would be nice. The parking lot we had was huge and does not need to be that big. If our cars were lined up in rows and close to each other we would not need very much space....

If you want some assurances about another parking lot, you could use a satellite photo with some image manipulation to lay out a parking scheme. The only problem will be getting people to follow it.
