Hey guys -- I am interested :) Just got my NHBP Sedan 2 days ago. To the OP, you don't happen to work at the storage place near Heron Bay in Springs do you? I always see a red coupe with black rims over there.

My buddy and I also have MTBs. Might bring the bikes too :)

The trails are pretty technical... I haven't rode my bike there in a few months but I am looking forward to this meet and taking my bike out again!.

Make sure you have a decent lightweight helmet, a camel back (the Bell one from wal-mart is fine), some tools for the bike (I'll have mine with me), lots of extra water, and a change of clothes.... (oh yea be ready to destroy your shoes =P if it's a little muddy)

Well, my bike isn't coming in until Wednesday at the earliest, and I'll probably be riding around town to get used to it and wear in the brakes. I don't know if I'l be on the trails that day, but probably a couple weeks after (weekend after Florida meet). I have never been on the trails there and am gonna go with my neighbor the first time cause he has all the repair stuff and knows the trails (and which are easier). I'll ride with you in a month or so.

Sweet --- it's really not that difficult on the beginner/intermediate trails. I took a friend out for his first time ever and he kept up pretty well. Definitely bring your bike and check it out.. I promise you'll have tons of fun.

Also, not sure if you saw my post from before... you dont happen to work at the storage place near Heron Bay do you? I always pass by a red coupe with painted black rims.

If anyone wants to try my bike and hit the trails... you're more than welcome. I have a Specialized Rockhopper with disc brakes.

I believe it's $1.50 per person at the main entrance... it may have bumped up to $2 in the last few months.

Where are you in Springs? I am surprised to see so many people from around here.... I want to meet all you guys

Why do you want the prices bumped? You want a raise?

LOL, well last year with the budget cuts by being able to raise the entrance fee's they saved a ton of jobs. There are expected to be even more budget cuts this year so I say raise the price! lol. Were on a contract as for our raise. We get one every year. I wish it gave me a raise though!

Hahahaha. Awesome. I drove by after work today to see if you were there... only saw a PT Cruiser.

I work at the Corporate Executive Suites in Heron Bay... that new road in front of your job basically goes right to it... I pass by almost every day if I grab some lunch @ Publix. I live across the street in the Hamptons as well.

I used to drive an EM1 Black... bronze Rotas... used to always drive by and look at your car... pretty funny, small world huh?

Definitely bring your helmet... the regulars get pissed even if you're riding on the paths surrounding the trails with no helmet. No reason not to wear it anyway.. keep the trails safe.

My friend and I are definitely down to ride that day... we'll both bring our bikes.
