Angel.....ok man sounds good
you can get those for our cars from Tein but its going to run you around $2500 and install. Its digital and nice but a PITA to install. We will talk more later while we r installin ur carbon stuff.

What the heck is going on? I absolutely babied it these last two weeks -- shifted at 3000 except for maybe a half dozen times, and even then I only took it up to maybe 4000. Tires are at their recommended 32 psi, oil is topped off, have been using Shell gasoline since I moved down here (which contains NO Ethanol) -- same pump, same location --, never run AC anymore, only have windows down when it's hotter than I can bare with them up, and I don't go faster than 5 mph over the speed limit...

I'm bummed.
Dude this sucks.. did you try cleaning ur KNN filter also? Ive always used Mobile gas for my cars and sometimes shell. Oh and I keep my PSI and the tire recommended amount not Hondas either.

Hey mario... I just learned an interesting fact last night.. Some states(IM not sure if Florida is one) if they can not fix your car in 30 days its automaticly a lemon law car when its the Final Attempt. You should check into that because all this waiting might pay off if Florida is one of these states. Check the paperwork

angel check this out

If your complaint is based on three failed repair attempts:
You must notify the manufacturer of the problems you've experienced by sending a Motor Vehicle Defect Notification [PDF] by registered mail. The manufacturer has 10 days after receipt of the letter to give you the opportunity to take the vehicle for final repairs within a reasonable time and then is allowed up to 10 days to remedy the problem once the car is in the shop. If the manufacturer does not comply with this procedure or the vehicle still has the same problems after the final repair attempt, you should proceed to step two if your manufacturer has a certified procedure (see list). If your manufacturer does not have a certified procedure, proceed to step three.

as quagmire would say aww right!

Sounds like things are in your favor at this point. Because I know the d ship is going to state that parts are on B/O and they need more time and the state lemon law is very specific with time limits and they should abide by that. I would request a settlement instead of waiting months on a car your paying for that your not driving, paying insuance for and not driving etc... I think you have a good case.
