Well, I still haven't received the checks that I sent to Honda for endorsment. So if I don't receive them by tomorrow afternoon, I won't be out Saturday night. I need to get the checks back in order to get my car back...I hate this waiting game.

I always thought insurance companies payed the actual registered driver of the car. I know when I wrecked my Bimmer they paid me for the damages so that way I can pick whatever body shop I preffered.

They are paying me, but they have both mine and Honda's name on the checks, so I had to send them to Honda with a bunch of information about the accident and the repairs. Then they signed them, and are sending them back to me, so I can cash 'em. It's b/c Honda has the lien on the car.

I was actually waiting to see if you was going to go. I figured you got out super late or something.

I had my nephew and my brother with me they both got 4 dr Si's but like after 11:30 we left downtown St augi and went to my house to play cards and get some drinks on.

hey i was up at sonic at a little after 10PM

i walked around by myself for a bit then i met up with 07blackonblack

there were two other fiji si coupes there as well but we couldnt find the owners...

me and 07blackonblack hung out for a bit then we left at like 11:45 or something..

Sorry fellas, I woulda showed up if I had my car back. I posted that so you guys knew that I wouldn't be there. Hopefully by this next Saturday I'll have it back. Its been so long since I've sat in my car that I'm having homicidal thoughts arise randomly through out the day...lol

Alrighty...the latest with my situation of retardation. First and foremost...if anyone has financed their car thru American Honda Financial....don't waste your time with them if you have any issues. They are garbage. They lost my checks totalling almost 11K.

So I contacted my insurance provider and informed them of what was going on. They voided the previous checks are reissuing one check totalling the amount. And instead of sending it to me with Honda's name on it also, they are just sending it to me. I should have the check tomorrow or maybe Thursday, thanks to the 4th being a holiday. Then I can go get my car...Thank God.

Hope to be there this coming Saturday! Woohoo!!

dont worry all manufacturers are the same, but good to know you will be getting back your ride.
my bimmer was financed at the time of my wreck but for some reason I got the check. I guess things changed know on how they pay for damages.
