Does anybody know if it is legal to cut around the license plate letters and numbers? I've seen it before and it looks really slick, I just dont know if this is legal or not.

im not quite sure i know what youre talking about...do you have a pic of an example? if youre modifying your license plate, im guessing its illegal.
