Wait, so this stuff will come off if you want it to?

Subscribed! I've been wanting to get my headlight's and taillight's tinted for so long but didn't feel like dishing out the money for vinyls. Badass, I'll give this a go.

Oh and another question.

If I get the same type of spray paint, but the black color, could I spray on the body of my car without any effects to the paint?

Im looking to paint the bottom portion of the rear bumber. If I use this paint will I still be able to take it off and not harm the original paint?

I don't have the can with me but I bought some polycarbonate tint spray at a local R/C shop that was from different brand.

It was alright, only thing I didn't like about it was that it tend to splatter paint out of the tip leaving speckles of thick paint.

Best thing as far as smoking goes that I have found is VHT nightshades, but the biggest thing is using a proper clear coat (aka using a gun) you'll almost always have orange peal using rattle cans.

If you use a rattle can clear it'll always yellow over time but for cost savings if you use them make sure you wet sand.

vht nightshades - Google Product Search

this is my Si

with running lights on during the day and then with brakes on

No, I did them. It took me about 4 hours with the disassembly and paint. Then a day to dry, a couple hours of wet sanding, then a light buff.

you'll want to get at least two cans, three if you are going to tint the turn signals on the headlights

A thought on rattle can clears; if you are on a budget and aren't going to use a gun to clear or have someone clear the lenses, then I'd suggest at least a 3 pack of Testors Ultra high gloss clear...it's a 3oz can. it'll still yellow slightly over time but it's the best rattle can as far as a gloss shine (just remember to wet sand).
