is there anyway to remove the paint once it has been put on, but never put in the over?

ok sorry but im a newb to this site and i dont know how to post big pics or how to do the signature .it would be great if some one would tell me how to do so.and btw i was thinking of painting the rims like that cus that looks sick .but i went out and bought some sport max wheels 006 black with the red lip in stead and also great diy
