Nice DIY!!....however, you do not need to buy new screws. Just slide the old ones off of the nasty chrome grill (after you've removed it) and then slide them into the new one and your set.

If you have a 5/16 socket prefereably on a 1/4 ratchet w/ a 3" extension you'll get those 4 nuts holding the old chrome grill off in 45 seconds. This whole job including getting out tools and putting them back away took under 20 minutes.

Seriously though, looks good, thanks for not faking it. A guy I used to work with ordered SRT-4 badges for his 130hp Neon. It was so funny.

great diy except behind the chrome grill its not really screws cuz u kinda need a wrench to get the nuts off ... ithought all u needed was a small screwdriver but boy was i wrong it took me like 20 mins jus to get the thing off cuz i was afraid to pull to much cuz i thought i was gonna break the front bumper :S but all in all i got it done so great job on the diy!!!.

... bad part is i broke one of the plastic taps (the most right one)

This sucks I was just about to this till I saw they didn't have the color for my car (royal blue pearl). Guess I am going to have to paint mine to make it look clean like yours.

why not just buy and si? i really dont understand people who dont get one and then try to make it look like one. it really just brings down the rarity of a real one and takes away the achievement of having an si. stuff like your car takes away from peoples hard work, money spent, and pride of owning an si.
