Yes and No.
You CAN use floss and a dryer to get the badge to come off (the adhesive is only at the very top and bottom of the emblem.
BUT, there's two pegs in the H emblem, so if you take it off, you're going to want to put something back over it anyway to cover those two holes.

^ Debadged mine today, outline was still there even after I used Goo gone.

I got some rubbing alcohol and cleaned the area a bit. After that, I polished with Meguiar's #7, then waxed with NXT 2.0.

Now it looks clean and 100% times better!

Thanks man, I was originally going to do this, but you confirmed that it isn't attached to the car other than the adhesive.

I can't stand the fake "plastic" chrome. I am thinking of powdercoating my wheels, and I think im going to paint the front and fear "H" symbols the same color.

Very easy mod....I just used a blowdryer to heat it up as stated and used a towel to grab the Civic badge and it peeled right off with almost no blue left behind. I cleaned it up w/ Automotive Goo gone and washed and waxed it afterwards.

Looks like it was never there.

to take the adhesive off, just grab a nail polish remover/ paint thinner, and use some microfiber towels and slowly remove it. then i would suggest putting a nice layer of wax over it, since you just took a layer off from the coating.

If I remove the Civic badge, is it possible for me to lose my warranty on the car?
