it does, I did it, you have to do more trimming. Cut notches in the sides to match the bumper as best you can, also on the top of the bracket (bottom once you flip it) you have to trim it down so that the bolts can line up better.

wow you car is one of the nicest looking i have seen here if not the best,
but i am not sure about the offset plate, kinda disbrupts the balance of the lines of the car imo, but that's just me, your car looks awesome, have a link of it where i can see more pics??

It's not "legal" here either but you can most likely drive around for a few years before getting a measly fixit ticket which can easily get signed off and dropped for like $30. I think I've only got like 2 or 3 tickets for that in the last 10 years driving without a front plate. If you get a ticket, just put the plate back on and go get it signed of.. No biggie.
