DIY - Installing Corsport Hood Spacers
Even though installation is simple and straight forward, i figured i'd post this just for info if anyone needs it
![]() First, buy your hood spacers from corsport, and post in this thread NEW: 06+ Civic CorSport Aluminum Hood Spacer Bushings ![]() Spacers ![]() Only take the bolts out of one side at a time for obvious reasons. This install can be done by one person as long as you are careful. ![]() you'll probably have to pry the hood away from the bracket because it has black adhesive on it, just use a flathead screwdriver and it wont take much force ![]() one side done ![]() finshed product, enjoy ![]() *EDIT* - You may have to adjust the rubber feet that support the front of the hood to make it even, that is what i had to do but it wasnt the spacers fault, they just weren't adjusted right in the first place for some reason Last edited by IceMurder; 08-08-2008 at 07:24 PM. |
