NO... this has been covered in several threads.. the K20 motor loves to breathe.. a 3" exhaust can gain 15-20hp over a 60MM(2.36) exhaust on a car with full bolt-ons and properly tuned on Hondata flashpro... and not just peak power.. the entire rpm band will gain...

Nice exhaust. Curious to see how the tip sits with the 4DR w/ the rear HFP under spoiler.

had fun putting this on tonight for a fellow member...wasn't bad at all..there was a random exhaust hanger in the middle of no-where? the clamp for the middle of the exhaust was a pain for about 6mins. (came off while under hard acceleration, including wheel hop) Re-clamped and no further problems @ this time...to my knowledge..fitment was great IMO. everything went on without issue. +1

Purpul Plane?

Isn't that estimate a bit high? I know there are still GAINS. but 15-20 HP?

an Si with I/rH/60mm E / FP will put you around 205-210 approx.

You're saying that that same setup with an 3'' Exhuast is going to make 220-225? I thought you only break that threshold when you start looking at adding cams. Correct me if I'm wrong? Shouldn't it be more like 5-10?

yea pretty much... now results will very from car to car.. different locations diff tuners etc.. but its been proven many many times on RSX's etc.. ive posted dyno sheets before to back it up and some people still dont belive it.. one actually did it but also added a few other things, changed some parts and gained a total of 17whp.. now tune and location could play a part in that... Jeff evans , the most well known and respected tuner on her has even quoted as saying the same thing...

That sounds high for a 60mm...I would think it would be more like 195-200. With the 70mm, 205-210whp sounds about right.
