Car does handle a lot better with the Progress rear sway bar. The reinforcment brackets fit but the alignment could have been better. And yes I've tried flipping it each and every way.
Also you do give up a little bit ride comfort during straight line cruising: whenever you go into a dip or hit a bump it transfers more motion to the opposite tire, causing the car to move side to side a bit. Not a problem though. Just need to be aware. Let me tell you: my current setup 27mm oem Si sedan front sway bar and 22mm Progress rear anti sway bar is just great!! My car handles so much better. A world of difference on the non Si's compared to just upgrading the rear bar to the 17mm. |

I have the sway bar and have been very paranoid about the whole tearing out of the endlink issue. I am very interested in getting a set of these brackets. I was not able to see them on the Excelerate site. Can I please get a PM or a reply as to how to order??
Thanks |

I installed my sway bar today with aftermarket endlinks. They work really well as expected. However, I only put on one bolt per bracket with the intention of welding the bracket down soon. Call me paranoid but I just don't feel good about drilling a hole in a already weak spot. I hope this holds for a little while. I would sleep better at night if I installed this loaded. I'll loosen it up again and tighten everything up when I can get on some ramps. For now, it seems to run fine and really tight with no unexpected noises.

Okay so I just bought the reinforcement brackets and my previous order from a while back got screwed up for the sway (I just found out)
so I can I order the rear sway from you guys at the price of the bracket and sway combo? It would be like $135 shipped for just the sway. Please let me know. I want to make an order. |

I just recieved my brackets, and I talked toChris @Redshiftmotorsports. The brackets will work with stock endlinks, although I'm trying to find aftermarket endlinks. I'm aware of the Corsport ones, but people I talk to have given mixed reviews. I e-mailed Hotchkis regarding their adj. endlinks, but they say they only make ones that fit2002 Civics. I have heard that the 2002-2006 RSX Type -S uses the same ones as the new Civics. Can anyone verify this?

So after so good after 6k miles. I didn't even drill the extra holes. I just make sure to inspect every chance I get under my car. |
