We've heard 1 report of alignment of the 2 existing holes in the rear swaybar endlink bracket being different than our part. We did measured 2 cars and they were both the same, but it's possible that not all cars are the same.

Please let us know if your RedShift brackets align correctly or not.

Thanks,
Chris at RedShift

Do you know if they were different years (i.e. '06 vs '07 vs '08) or from different trim levels (DX, LX, EX, Si)?

Hey, Just got mine and I will be installing them tommorrow. They look great!!!!! As for the other guy with the alignment issues that was a 2007 civic coupe LX. It is possible that the mounts are different. Not sure, when I'm at work tommorrow I keep my eyes open for coupe or sedan that might be in the air and take a walk under it. Let you all know.

Ok, here's what I found If you flip the bracket one way there are alignment issues flip it back and no problem at all the install was a breeze!!!! Just follow your instructions and you should be done in about 20 min. tops! Sorry no pics as they look just like the pics in the instructions. These were installed on a 2007 Civic Si Sedan. Handling is much improved as the back of the sedan feels like it's in the back of my driver's seat now.{tight} Unfortunalty I'm running taller profile tires for winter and now the sidewall is flexing to death so, no radical moves right now just enjoying the expressway ramps at crazy speeds! Enjoy boyz!!!!!!!

i thought for 55 dollar pair of washers that the brackets would be perfect alignment. they are not. both washers are different dimensions. you can tell by the pictures that they do not fit very well. i am not that satisfied. i will make my official opinion thurs morning when i get a chance to throw them on the car. but so far by the alignment of it, i am not that happy.

here are some bird eye view DIRECTLY above the brackets. i am not angling the camera, the brackets were drilled poorly and machined poorly.

Doesn't really matter side to side like you have them setup, sandwiched together...That makes no difference...I am sure that they will fit FINE!! ON BOTH SIDES...

I think what Greg is trying to say is that it doesn't matter where the holes are in relation to the edges of the part, but the holes themselves should be in perfect alignment with respect to the other holes.

i aligned the two smaller holes and the larger hole did not seem to line up (in my picture) ... i put them directly above each other. so it would seem as if the brackets were not perfectly drilled

20civic07, and everyone else,

From my point of view, these should be perfect. They were laser cut from our drawing and there is no reason they should be different. The outside of the part can be +/- 1mm so that's not bad (although I am puzzled by this because I personally QC'd about 10 sets and saw nothing like this). But the tolerance of Co2 Laser Cutting is .002"; so there should be very little variation overall. It's possible that the threading process is affecting it, but even that shouldn't cause any significant change in centerlines.

The part is meant to have a bit of tolerance (.01" or so) built in for ease of install, like everything else in the world.

Please let me know if you have a problem with the install.

Talking

Make sure you have them facing in the correct direction if they don't line up flip them and everything should be fine. When you drill the new hole deffinetly use the larger size the 11/32 it made everything go together that much easier. This was a very simple install. Although I never stuck the 2 brackets together I had no problems with the install and it only took aprox. 20mins. for the brackets to go in place. Handling!!!!
thanks boyz for creating them!

Received my swaybar and bracket package deal. I wouldn't even consider getting a larger sway bar without these brackets. Thanks!
