Well if you don't get the gaskets you will have to buy OE gaskets. Also these are thermal gaskets and they will help reduce Intake Air Temps.

if you don't get the gaskets u might need to get different bolts to put the spacer on b/c it's only been tested with the both gaskets and the spacer
