Got mine in Friday, but for fear of not finishing the install before the Biloxi meet, I opted to wait until I got home today.
The installation took 40 minutes and 15 minutes of that time was scraping off the old throttle body gasket which was stuck to the housing. It does move my Fugita SRI a little too far back and to the left so I'll be trimming back the connecting duct about 3/4 inch to compensate. It's not critical, so I'll do that later. The throttle response is improved somewhat, but with these 100+ degree temps it's hard to tell. I'll be gauging my gas mileage in the coming weeks and report back my findings. Overall a painless installation and easily done with minimal tools needed. |
