I called ROTA yesterday and I have some good news and bad news. The container has arrived and it is in customs. It will be released either Friday or Tuesday as long as customs doesn't delay it. It will take one day for ROTA to unpack and then pack it up and ship it to me and then about a week or so to get to me. I will then ship from my shop in CT. However, ROTA has advised that even though I ordered 7 sets of black w/ red lip that I will only be receiving 4 sets. I made it very clear how displeased I am with this entire ordeal. Somehow one of their other distributors is getting some of the shipment also even though I ordered mid June. Supposedly I am getting hte most sets but either way that doesn't help. Needless to say I will no longer be getting my set since you guys will take precedent. There were a couple cancellations so as of right now it seems like I will only be not able to fulfill one order. The following customers paid first and therefore get the first 4 sets:

1. max500
2. shapesphere
3. watice
4. NighthawkSi

Everyone else who ordered bronze or steel grey or black with blue lip will get their order. It is only the black w/ red lip that I am missing a few sets of.

Let me just post this up before I become the bad guy here. I can't control manufacturer's productions, ETA's, promises, quality control, etc. I can only relay information that they give me and resell their product. I am sorry that you will not be receiving your set; either will I. However, you just paid on 8/29; you were going to get one of these cancelled sets. These guys paid their deposit back on 6/15. I have to fulfill their orders before I fulfill yours. Also, you did not pay more than them. I was charging you $600 plus CT sales tax of 6% b/c you were picking up and I wouldn't have to incur shipping charges. If you choose not to purchase from me b/c of manufacturer's delays and lack of inventory that is up to you. I have already initiated the refund from Google checkout. I am not happy either with ROTA but I am doing my best to make everyone happy.

i hear ya man ,i was just real disappointed to read all this after a pretty bad day. Maybe we could work something out one day on future orders or something ,i must say its nice to actually have a local place i can deal with now il probably be looking into the comptech super charger with in the next year maybe.
