Yes, but Progress and Redshift have raised their prices on the products. So the price is now $210 shipped for that combo.

The price won't drop back to $190. Progress raised their price and so did Redshift.

The Progress product is a rear sway bar. The Redshift brackets are brackets used to reinforce where the end links attach.

No but you can reuse hte factory endlinks or upgrade to Hotchkis end links.
