I think I know what he means. NST is manufacturing an Idler Pulley to be included in their set of Alternator and Crank Pulley's in order to use the stock belt on the Si.

Am I right or am I right?

Oh, I get it. NST.... They make Pulley's for the R18 and the K20.
The R18 kit includes the Crank, Alternator and Waterpump pulley,
The K20 right now only includes the Crank and the Alternator pulley but
they are releasing a new Idler Pulley with their kit on the K20 so you don't need a new belt. I bet that's what 8Civic was talking about.
