Are the guys at JDM Concepts doing the install and dyno in the same night?

More info is needed. This cat wasn't released 5 months ago, but the guy claims he's had it for 5 months. Also we don't know if he has a intake or not.. Maybe an AEM?

Sometimes Honda has some very stringent parameters for exhaust flow. Since this is a High Flow Cat more exhaust is flowing and in some instances a CEL will pop up b/c the secondary 02 sensor is seeing too much exhaust and thinking the cat has gone bad. It is not a defect. It is just related to flow. The secondary 02 sensor is just there to make sure the cat is doing its job, nothing more. It doesn't affect A/F ratios or driveability. The code would be P0420 - Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold. If this happens go to Autozone and buy part HELP # 42009 ($5). It is called a spark plug anti fouler. You will get 2 in the package. Drill one out with a drill bit then stack the two. Drill it out enough so the O2 sensor can thread in. Then just thread it into the O2 bung on the cat. Basically what you have done is push the O2 sensor further out from the exhaust stream so the O2 sensor won't see as much flow and that will fix the CEL.
