Thank you for getting us this latest update, and once again thank you for this great GB that we got to take advantage of.
This should not tarnish xl8r image at all... Josh has been the man!! i have bought damn near everything for my car from him... best prices and great service... not his fault that PasswordJDM didnt make there deadline.. xl8r is a seller not the maker.. so at least give him that doubt that he is doing what he can...

Anyone know if we could just cap off the valve inlet?

Yeah does sound like a better idea then to just let it hang, the chances of it burning on something, and then stinking is not a result I want.

I'm just suprised during the R&D they came to the conclusion a port was not needed. (I'm no mechanic by any means.)

I'll probably do this. Or filter the end of the hose to keep dust out of my valvetrain.

That doesn't make sense to let it pull in hot, dirty, unfiltered air from your engine bay.

Heres my initial review. Throttle response is a lot better compared to my old intake. Im at work now. Ill post pics later tonite. I need to calibrate my maf as well coz my fuel trims is a little bit off. No big deal. As far as quality. Its ok. Ima try to polish it later. Material wise, its really thin. Looks like its gona crack. I guess thats why the intake is really light.

The intake comes with everything you need. The only modification i did was trim the coupler. Still cant figure out why pw did not put another hole. Looks like im gona buy a small filter for the valve cover.
