Gus
I just looked it up and it is close to Villach. I really like taking those back roads that way. I usually go a couple of times a year to Moltaler for snowboarding and do all back roads, no autostrada.
Hey that is a great wax job, I saw you today on the way to the new gate. What was are you using?

Turtle Baby! I washed it this morning and was planning on waxing it while it was still cool out, however my applicator ate the **** bed and fell apart so I ran on base to get a new batch of wax. Ended up finishing it mid day...freaking hot too. I was taking the little one to soccer practice when I saw you, I know there are two burnt orange coupe's running around, two white coupe's and two black sedan's besides my red one. I used Mother's back in the states but settled for the BX special Turtle...I'm good as long as it has Carnuba in it. I usually give my whips a wax once a quarter. Makes in between cleaning much easier. It's about due for an oil change here soon.

We could hit Velden in 2 hours and eat chillax enjoy the Lake for a minute and head back via the back way through Tarviso. I'm down...

Matt I'm gonna need ya for the oil change, I haven't gone through their little safety brief yet. AMSoil is what's going in.

Eric, if I remember correctly the visors were around $125. The instructions were in Japanese though, LOL, someone already posted instructions on one of the forums with pics though. All in all it wasn't too hard, took me about 30 minutes. cmsgtnelly, are you planning on installing the supercharger while in Italy? I am just wondering how people tune their cars here and all that. If you plan on installing a supercharger here, I wouldn't mind helping or watching since I have never installed one before. One of the guys from the aviano racing team told me there was a guy in Sacile with his own dyno that tunes but he messes around more with the euro type r. I am definitely down for Velden when I get back in Nov.

I know weathertech also has the visor's for the FA5 but I like the Mugen name...and probably will pay more for it. For the JRSC I believe the Hondata Flash Pro already has a tune set up. So unless you wanted to squeeze a couple more HP running on the dyno it really shouldn't be needed.

JRSC+Hondata Flashpro=

And a run to Velden would be GTG.

I also have no experience with installing superchargers and I don't think I trust myself enough to try it without a little over the sholder guidance. I've asked around and found a shop that says they can do it but can't dedicate 100% of their time..it would have to be a side job. I wonder if that guy in Sacile would mind taking a look. You have his contact info?

cmsgtnelly, unfortunately I don't have his info right now. When I get back I'll look on my phone or try talking to one of the aviano racing team guys. I think I need to get a new clutch too I only have about 32000 miles on it but I have driven fairly hard. I remember it was starting to feel a little loose before I left. Do you guys have any recommendations for an upgrade? I was looking at ACT. I want something that will ultimately handle around 300-350 hp. Also, where do you guys get alignments at? I've gotten them before at the Agip right outside the front gate on my old car, but was wondering if there was a better place.

Washed up the civic this morning. She's looking good as always. Need to start shopping for an intake and window visor's. Thinking of going on a little drive.

I get back in a few weeks and wouldn't mind Velden. I'll have to see how everything goes when I get back though, gotta reregister the car, reinspect, renew insurance, do some maintenance at the hobby shop, alignment, etc... Hopefully I won't need a new battery. I had to leave in a hurry and forgot to disconnect it before I left, almost 7 months of sitting in my garage, not too optimistic.

Wifey/friend doesn't start it up and drive it around the block every now and then? Hopefully our tires haven't warped from staying in the same spot for 7 months.

Matt you down for helping me install the intake?

Did you get it? Let me know and we'll hook it up this weekend.

I ordered an optima battery so I'll be replacing my battery regardless. I didn't have anyone driving it since everyone I trusted deployed or PCSd when I left. Besides it's pretty hard to find my house. Yeah, I was worried about the tires too. They were only about 4 months old when I left, so i'll be a little sore if they are warped!

I shop online. I haven't really found any shops in Italy that sell quality parts for our cars.

Bought the Fujita SRI from Corsport. Got to change the oil today, rotate the shoes and install the intake. Working on cars is like my zen garden. Washing/waxing the car is actually a stress reliever for me. I can't wait to see how she runs with the new breather.

That would definitely suck if they are warped. Might as well have just flushed the cash down the toilet. Hopefully they are GTG.
