DIY Cat-Back Exhaust S.I. 06-08

Exhaust installed is LSD Power 4

Tools needed
1/2 inch breaker bar for the 14mm nuts there on there tight !
ratchet
14MM socket
10mm socket
White grease Spray can
PB blaster

Behind the cat there are 3 14MM bolts spray PB blaster to loosen up rusted nuts let them soak for minimum 10 minutes

Once all 3 14mm nuts are removed spray white grease on all the hangers !!! this will make everything a breeze
there a 3 hangers you will need to soak in white grease

once the exhaust no longer hangin from the hangers you have to remove 2 10MM bolts Holding the axleback exhaust these can be easily reached by just spinnin the entire exhaust to the desired location where you can remove those 2 axleback nuts

Removal of the rear passenger wheel will be neccesary and make everything real easy

once axleback is removed everything just floats right off

ON NEW EXHAUST >>>spray white grease on ALL hanger locations put everything on LOOOOOSE once everything is on now you can tighten all bolts

^^^^^
^^^^^^^
^^^^^remove rubber hanger and relocate onto new exhaust

hope this was some kind of help took me about Hour and a half since i was by myself and had to find extra wood in the backyard to stack up under the car just to insure my safety

ALWAYS USE STAndS for car i didnt have any so i used 2 jacks and 2 large stacks of wood lol goodluck

^^^ ^^^^^
^^^^
^^ you can see the wood i used and how i stacked it up

I Would have to say yes because behind the the rotor there are 2 10mm bolts to remove axle-back I mean you could try without but I saw it as impossible so I just threw up the e brake and removed tire its a piece of cake better to take 3min to take wheel off then get mad and struggle with trying to remove those bolts

is your exhaust pipe hitting the metal shield and making a rattling noise? i had to get under the car a second time to bend the shield back...Rattling is gone!

I will be using this guide tomorrow to install my cat back system so I will try to get some additional pics also. I already bought the white grease, PB blaster and breaker bar so hopefully the install goes smoothly

Ok I couldn't do it. 1 Bolt on the pipe attached to the cat is stripped and I have no way of taking it off. Thank god I live across the road from an exhaust place and they said they will do it for $25
