Q, that sucks man. I wonder why. There has to be something screwy goin on. So you don't think that resetting the ECU will make a difference? I didn't reset mine for the longest time and when I finally did I could feel a big difference. The car had way better throttle response and it felt like it pulled better at high RPMs. But it could have been my imagination.

This was my dyno I did on Thursday. It was 38 when I did it

Injen SR--DCRH--Hondata IMG--PR2 TBG--Greddy Evo2

Red Dyno was Injen SR, Hondata IMG, DCRH, Stock Exhaust
Blue was with Injen SR--DCRH--Hondata IMG--PR2 TBG--Greddy Evo2

The Dyno was a Dynojet with SAE CORRECTED with Smoothing of 3.

ok my boy used a dynojet and the numbers are real, he posted in the 200+ hp thread. and my other friend just got his Xintake in the mail and installed it, he dynoed at 204 whp with a dc r/h, hondata r/f and vibrant c/b. he sais the xintake made a huge difference in the way the car pulls, especially in the midrange and sais some of the jerky feeling is now gone along with better throttle response. i know dyno sheets are needed but i trust his word first hand and believe the xintake to be very significant.

I am going to the NoVA dyno day in three weeks.

I am thinking about DIY'ing myself an X-Intake, but just use my Injen filter.

I figure I will go there, maybe make two pulls first up. Then while everyone else is dyno'ing I'll pull the bumper, swap intakes and then do two more pulls at the end of the day and check my AFR's and results. If they are looking good I'll just keep the intake on, but if my AFR's are messed up or something I'll just swap my Injen back on and go back to the drawing board.

Hopefully it will be a good way to get pretty direct comparisons between a DIY'ed X and the Injen while using the same filter to see the difference.
