vtec is still activated, but the ECU will run in that if the AFR's are to high or uneven.

i was thinking exactly the same thing, but only for peak hp. i may make one more trip to the dyno.

there was also another car there today with X's intake. he bought it from X. he dynoed 197. his other affecting mods were vibrant rh w/hfc and vibrant cat back. so you tell me....

ok, now i gotta get a dyno after i make this thing. i sold my exhaust so i will be dynoing with just the intake, we will see what its capable of with no other mods. i will post pics to show that my maf housing will be identical to x's design, but if you just do the math, the xintake is superior to other intakes, so it must make more power, jmo from mathematical point of view.

na, they are. trust me. on the low reading dyno, a car did 167WHP and another bone stock went 177WHP. both cars had over 20 K on them

i dunno, not lookin good, my boy has a dyno proven 205 whp with a dc r/h evo2, and sri. ill get him to post on here with the proof.
