BTW, you need to turn the inside nut. I just used my old faithful vice grips.

I just got mine today, will be attempting this install tonight... but did anyone notice the gaskets do not line up with the spacer 100%? I might have to dremell out a little on each gasket.

No, I did not notice anything odd... are you sure everything's oriented correctly?

yes, everything is correct, I will have to dremell about 2mm off the insides of each gasket... who measure's these before they get sent out? I can say that this would cause an slight restriction in the airflow...

Hmmm... Wonder if all the gaskets were like this...

I should receive mine in a few days, and I will definitely check mine and report if there is any defects.

Thanks Excelerate, this helped allot. The factory bolts weren't that tight.
I don't have a torque wrench, so I tighten it pretty tight.

Odd that I found the nylon gaskets slightly needed a little trimming to match the P2r spacer. Added an extra 1/2 hr or so. I'm not a great mechanic so it took me close to two hrs. My hands are all cut up.

After all, reset the ECU, when for a rip, I believe the response is better, but couldn't drive it that much, have to get some sleep.

i called p2r about the way the gaskets fit, and they told me not to trim them to match. they said "that is the way we used they and them made power" so i have not trimmed them.
