DCRH installed. Took three and a half hours on the ground with a friend. I got all the bolts from the head off through the top. Seemed so much easier. Everything when together perfectly. FYI my car is stock sounds pretty good for just a header. REFLASH IS NEXT !!!

To me the header is a great start. You get a better flow using a header and you also eliminate the cat.(less bends=more power) You just free up power by also not going through the cat. I don't like loud ass cars so I might go with greddy sp2 or something later. |

Installed my DCRH the other day. Good bang for the buck no doubt. My only gripe is the rattle that I have now after installing it. It's pretty intermittent and seems to be coming from below the shifter, I plan on putting it back up in the air later this week when I install my SPC camber arms... I'll be sure to post up the fix when I find it.
My plan of attack: 1.) Verify that the O2 sensors and/or exhaust piping aren't hitting anything when the engine torques during start up or when hitting road bumps. 2.) Install some polyurethane exhaust hangers to thwart excessive movement. |

What kind of extensions are we talking about for this? I've already done the IMG install which was a pain in the ass. The header bolts seem to be giving everyone trouble. I have no lift and don't REALLY want to spend 5 hours doing it. 2 sounds much better lol. I have a pretty basic set of tools with maybe 3"/6" extensions.

Lol I figured I would need something that long.. I think you're going to make me broke on getting a set of nice ratcheting box end wrenches though haha. If you think they might get the job done quicker on something in this install, I might take your advice and go get the specific sizes
What exactly are the extensions used on? Just the top two bolts for the header?
