erg. i disconnected the battery for like 6-7 minutes to reset the ECU and did the 15 min idle again and my car still shakes. I have aftermarket subwoofers in the trunk. you guys think that because of the the amp, it held a charge and didnt allow the ECU to reset because there was still electricity on the car? after 6-7 min of disconnecting the negative terminal, my car still held a .47 volt charge from the positive terminal to the chasis of the car.

not sure if this has anything to do with it but i have a compustar remote start and i idled the car using the remote start because it has a 15 minute timer that shuts off the car after 15 minutes. this way i was able to just walk away from my car and come back in 15 minutes to check on it. Also when I idle my car, i have everything off: a/c, music, nav screen... thats how ur suppose to do it right?

first off...id like to say this was an awesome DIY! gf and i installed it quick and easy with no problems! was very impressed!

a question, i am afraid of hydro lock. is there any way to prevent it?? or resist from it. i know my wheel well on the bottom has those holes in it, will the water not go up? or am i totally wrong??

the intake sounds absolutely BEAST!

I have the Injen CAI installed on my car. I did it a couple of months ago and the install went smoothly, but I was just wondering I live in Ny and winter is coming soon. Do you think it would be ok for my car to run this CAI system during winter time? Im just kind of worried all the snow and slush might get up in the filter or something... Any advice??

just did mine yesterday. took me about 3 hours. i had a hard time removing the bottom part of the filter box. other than that, everything went smoothly according to plan. i like the sound of it. just need the exhaust soon!
