You're just sensitive to the vibrations.

In other words, motor mounts are not for you bro. You're gonna just have to deal with your header hitting because it doesn't get much softer than 62a (very weak) and only the rear mount.

^^^ I agree I am probably sensitive to the sound/vibrations. My fingers are crossed they break in a little more.
I appreciate the input. I'll also check the bolts. There might be some play In there.

Hey Dan, have you noticed less vibrations now that you have put more miles into the mount?

Yup, almost feels stock other than start up and initial take off but the vibration is less than before.

Yea same here, start up and initial take off i can feel lot of vibration. But other rpms are just same as stock.

Do you think you can make a video LOL of how the vibrations are? I took off the Boomba torque rods that I had because I didn't like the vibrations. I was hoping there wouldn't be much vibration with just the rear mount installed.

Nope, just a slight vibration when idling (more in the seat) and when you start out in first gear. I'm very anal about my car and I'm telling you it isn't bad at all. You only notice it if you try and feel it, if you know what I mean lol.

So how does take off in first gear feel with the mount. does it feel like it takes off and accelerates smoother?

Also, you know how when your driving and if u rev the car up (like around 3k rpm) in like 1st or 2nd gear then just take your foot completely off the gas and the car like rocks back and forth..does it eliminate that? I never really even udnerstood why manual cars did that...

^^ no, it won't eliminate that, it will make it harsher.

No it helps with the rocking. Not alot but it's doing something.

No, it doesn't eliminate the rocking from letting off the gas abruptly. It makes it harder, but it does it less times.
