lol no i just kno what the l/f r/f means. however since he said that he's using the stock r/f switch, i believe that it is a Full-time auto up/down unless you cut it off being as it's not the two step switch (light pull up/down, normal function, push/pull past the click, auto function) I know it is this way on the 530T by DEI. Used to have a clifford matrix on my explorer and with the 530T module it controls 2 windows and gives them auto up/down capability from inside the car and via remote. However sometimes it was a pain in the ass when you want to just use it as a normal window because it makes switch a full-time auto up/down. not sure on the autolock one but im guessing its the same way because the module nor switch has no way of telling how much pressure you are putting on the switch.

yes i have one touch windows up and down... Also, if I hit the button twice I can stop the window anywhere I want, during its "one touch" travel.

ok i have the 530t in my room.. was gonna use it for my clifford alarm on my ej1 before it was stolen... but the 530t will only control 2 windows... u will have one touch controls from ur key fob and have one touch controls on the inside... if u hook everything p from the drivers side then the driver has one touch controls for the drivers and passangers window... the passanger themselves dont have one touch contols on their side unless u run wires from their switch to the module... i would try this but id need a m,odule for 4 windows since i have a sedan and i have to be motivated to run all those wires hahaha which im not right now

lol no. I have the DEI 530T and when hooked up to my viper alarm system, from the Alarm pager/key fob, I can vent the windows or send them all the way down. If I had my windows down while driving, I get out and lock my car, they go up. From the inside of my car, I can control the passenger side window with one touch in both directions AND the passenger can control their OWN window with one touch operation in both directions. It's all about how you wire it. Like the others have said, you CAN wire it without an aftermarket alarm system. I LOVE this module. I got it off of ebay for like $50.

I'm so confused here... so no one has figured this out between then and now how to wire this up without a third-party keyfob? Or was it simply deemed impossible without it? Either way, I'm real interested in getting this up again and rolling... this is my number one foible my Civic suffers from

I did it in my fg2. I just dont have it anymore. I kinda forgot how i did it, but im sure with some thought I can remember and do it in my Fit..

Im still toying with the idea that I may start producing them and selling them... not just for us but for all cars.

Anyone know if the CSX has 4 door auto up/down windows that could be swapped in? I think i only see it on the drivers side in pictures, but not positive.

A little late answering this but...

If you look at that picture the CSX power window buttons are the same as the regular USDM Civic windows.

love how my 1991 Caprice had auto up/down on both front sides, but a new Civic doesn't.

Way to go Honda.

the thing is, I don't know of any ground-when-armed wires in the car so you would have to wire it up to one of the door lock wires. Check on eBay for prices. I think I paid $50 for the module.

So I take it you can't just buy a drivers side switch and replace the passenger switch with it? I never really cared until I started reading this. It would be nice!

No because its not the door lock that does it. To get one touch operation in both directions on Thomas passenger side you just wire it how it says to do it in the manual of the window module
