How about a DIY for passenger window?

I am wondering if anyone has done a power up/down window for the passenger side...like how the driver is, push the button it goes down instead of holding it.....im not sure how else to explain it..lol

*auto up and down* or whatever its called...

Just ordered the Autoloc One touch express unit from ebay...I have done this on both my Odyssey(es), my S2000 for both windows and the roof. It can be done..I'll get the wire colors and pictures as soon as I get the unit.

Make the passenger window auto too

my jeep liberty had both drivers and passenger front windows auto up and down. what is needed to convert the passenger side to auto up and down on my 08 lx coupe? is it a different switch or motor? or what else can it be. i want to do this so bad. i miss having both auto up and down and not sure why car manufacturers dont do it for both sides like jeep did.

To make the passenger window auto down you need a paper clip, some gum, and a pencil.

PS - Don't take this advice serious, I'm being facetious.

I can try and clear this up. I assume you mean that you u push the button once, window goes down without holding the button and you pull the button up once and the window goes up without holding the button. I would assume you will need to go to Honda and get a drivers side switch and relay, but this is the first car ive ever had with automatic windows, so I really don't know to much about them.

I've heard this is a lot more involved than just the aforementioned stuff... do a search on Clubrsx.com for this.

Try switching the driver's switch with the passenger and see if it works. If it does then all you need is another similar switch.

all u probably need is the switch from the drivers side.. try swapping them to c if that works then just order a drivers side window switch if it works

I remember someone saying there was a DIY floating around. It's so annoying to have to hold it up.

This would be a very useful mod. I drive stick and I hate having to "waste" a hand for 5 seconds to hold the button when I want the window up or down quickly, like when getting on a highway.

So just duplicating the relays from the driver's side switch won't work? Any reason it won't? I'm having a hard time seeing why it wouldn't.
