Ok i'm posting pictures I found the flopping drive wire conector but I want to make sure which is the right one before I cut them out

Which one is the correct one? I think it's the right one but I want to make sure the left one is not it for sure.

ok so I figured out that the right one is definitely the one to the floppy drive but my problem is it only has 4 wires and not 5 like in this picture.

So will this work or no?

I opened up another old computer and it only had 4 wires as well.

u only use 3 of the wires on this mod... in the pic above there's only 4 wires

1 = Yellow
2 = Black
1 = Red... i folded this wire b/c it's not being used...

the wire in ur picture is correct the smaller plug... if ur still not sure grab the button and plug it up to see

blah any suggestions? I have the grounds hooked up and the 12v power from the orange accessory wire from the brown harness and then the ignition wire but it still won't start. I did it in order from ignition to 12v to ground starting from the left on the button

Hmm.... check your wiring. I'm pretty sure you need blue for power and yellow for ignition. I'm pretty sure I didn't touch the orange in my install. Also, check to make sure that you've got a good ground.

Is the LED behind the start button lighting up?

Do you have the key in the II position?

Can you hear the relay open when you press the button?
