Bump. Why has no one addressed how to get the windows to roll up by using the keyless entry?

The video was cool !!
It controls the windows as well. Does it only controls the driver's windows? since it has auto up/down.

The steps you shown only controls the sunroof, what about the steps for the window?

thanks

so.. if you click unlock three times.. it will open all the windows..
and if you click lock three times it will close all the windows?

and do we HAVE to have an aftermarket alarm to do this?

You don't have to get an after market alarm, but you do need some type of chip that knows what to do or some type of module

benmunger was working on something, but I don't think he is anymore due to him moving and he thinking it's not worth his time.

lol.. in the mean time.. does anyone know what these "brains" are called on the market? and are there any relay devices that allow sedans to roll down windows as well as roll the windows up? the link given in the other post was only for sedan window rolling up.

you can use a "DEI 530T" if you have an aftermarket alarm.

I never had a problem with them. Ive installed 8 of these.

One thing to watch out for is.... MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GOOD GROUND AND POWER. I find thats usually the case when i do have a problem.

just buy the dei window roll up modules and install it with an alarm....when you arm the vehicle the windows roll up automatically and the sunroof will close automatically....if you want to roll them down hit the accesory button twice on the alarm remote with theis modules you can allso vent the windows if you dont want to roll them all the way down...keep in mind if you go this route the window roll up and down will not work with your stock key buttons, it will be utilized from the alarm remotes...this route can add up to a pretty penny depending on what alarm you get and how many window modules you need.
