+1 for being different.
I didn't try to start it in gear because I was 99% sure my Si would just get pissed an stall out. And yea . . . the whole reason why I decided to try this was because I got into a conversation about how lame remote start would be on an Si. . .

yea . . . so I know in some cars, that circuit is only in place for US sales and all . . . I don't know about civics though. I guess I should ask around. MS3s don't need the clutch to start in other countries.

The yellow connector in the middle of each pic . . . my camera wouldn't fit in order for me to take pics from the back, where you stick the clip in. If you lay down in the driver's side of the car, you should be able to see it in more detail than my pics. Sorry.

im having trouble understanding how the paper clip is suppose to look like and you shove the end of the paper clip into crimped metal to complete the circuit?

You will use the larger portion of the clip, leave it in an arch shape, and cut it down to about 3/4 cm.

My fogs run with low and high beams...

Oh and nice DIY Rachel! Now I'm definitely down for trying to get an s2k push start installed.
