Installed! Took me about 2 hours...did it first time and everything worked. When I put the dash back in, it didn't work. Anyways got it working now! Great DIY!

I want this!! If I were to bring this to a dealership, about how much would you think it would cost? I don't want to void the warranty on my 09..

Seeing as it's not a factory honda "item", they probably wouldn't want to touch it. Just a guess.

I know the S2000 disables the start button once the car is cranked and running. Now, is the CTR button still hot once the car is cranked/running? Is this the reason for the e-brake fail-safe wiring?

Did mine last night, wicked cool little mod. I do have a couple small questions though, and maybe you guys can point me in the right direction.

When I use the start button to start the car, I hear a little static pop in the speakers. Oh...and my VSA lights and other lights in that area don't light up. The buttons work, I can turn VSA on and off and I can scroll through my trip meter and stuff, but the buttons aren't lit up.

I'm guessing it's a grounding issue. Should I look for another grounding point somewhere under the dash?

Has anyone tried to do this on an 09? I was told that you could not do the same ctr switch as this diy. But it doesn't seem to me that it would be any different. Just wondering because I would like to do this.

Just asked my dealer about it. Since they get parts from streetlightz and work with this site they are going to do it. $215 for parts (hazard switch, housing, and push start) and install. Is it worth that much?

How do you guys mount the bezel? I'm afraid of a hack-job.

steady hand, dremel, and a few random metal clips (i found some extra that were for a ceiling pot light - easy to bend and secure)
