i dont mean to cause any problems i know its 8thcivic but since im already a member because i own an 08 si and ive seen many intelligent people on here i just thought since i have seen threads on other than 8th and 9th gen civics i just thought that i could get the help i needed i do not want to go join another forum to ask a couple of questions!!!

No problem at all my friend. Just make sure you get an ecu jumper harness like one of these:
ECU Jumper Harnesses - OBD0, OBD1, OBD2 | HA Motorsports
