Retune?
You're rate for retunes is $59 right? Does this apply even if I (previously tuned by vit) went from n/a to a greddy turbo setup? Or since this is a huge change do I need to pay for a full tune? Just curious so I can plan my budget.

Yea you will, if you go from n/a to f/i you will need to start over.
