Spots

Fother Mucking blind spots on the coupes. I can't see a fother mucking thing. I've almost hit 2 people in the last week. They weren't in the mirrors and I couldn't see them over my shoulder I got to go get one of those round mirrors.

My Volvo had worse, the rear deck was a blindspot, since it was a bit wedge-shaped. I'm used to it. That's why I spread my mirrors as far out as possible, then crane my neck over my shoulder.

dam taht sucks. while you almost hit 2 ppl this well i almost got hit by 2 ppl. one was i was on the other lane and then he turns right in front of me cause his lane already stopped and he turns right when i passed his rear a bit. the 2nd was some car was doing a U turn and then i was coming up and then this car starts turning in front of me with a sharp turn. and ya those round mirrors are pretty useful as well.

Get a back-up beeper.

Yeah, you're right though. I have to really be careful in a parking lot to make sure I'm not missing something or someone.

I'm good backing up but it's those darned A-Pillars that suck. Expecially when there's bicyclers who ride at the certain speed, relative to the civic's speed, so they stay hidden and they're practically invisible until it's too late.

This happened on the freeway, both times.

yah i noticed this too... i thought it was me.. but now i just got into the habit of triple checking and either speeding up or letting off the gas a bit so i can get a better view of the blind spot..

just takes a bit of mirror adjustment. I actually find the visibility quite good in the coupe.

You want blind spots, try driving a second gen. Intrepid. (1998 upward). You can't see around the window pillers when you turn corners.

I actually hit a GMC SUV of some sort on the highway because of this, scared the living s**t out of me (and him). Since then I triple check (paranoia) before I change lanes... I nearly hit some woman's child while reversing out of a parking spot at Staples. The kid sprinted across the car park, right in my blind spot as I was reversing. The mother had the balls to KICK my rear bumper, f***ing b**ch!!! Learn to control your children! They shouldn't be running around busy car parks ffs!!!
