Unhappy Poor fitment, minor scratches: JUST NOTICED

Today I was washing my si, which I got last monday and I realized where the rear bumper connects to the left side of the car (near the gas tank) the car is not level and the left side of the crease is slightly lower than the right side. Also along the crease, the black paint is slightly scraped off. (I'll try to get some pics soon).

Although the descriptions may seem major, you will understand that it doesn't really catch your attention considering it took me a week to find out. It's probably stupid on my part for not checking the car 100% before it left the dealership, but nevertheless, the problem exists and I don't know what to do. If I brought it back to the dealership would they do anything about it or just blame me for it?

these things are common on a civic. for example, take a really good look at the alignment of your hood and truck. one side on each of those areas will be off (ie crease on one side bigger than the other side). you should also take a look at your door alignment. most Si owners have noticed this where the bottom part looks like it's sticking out to where someone tried prying it open with a wedge or screw driver. but yeah, these things are normal.

Sorry to hear about your issues, but the fit of the body panels on my EX coupe is tight. No gaps or uneven fit.

Of course when I took delivery I spent a good 1/2 hour or so checking every panel and crawling around under the car. I think the salesmen thought I was being quite anal but too bad. I just said, I am not signing for this car until I am sure it is pristine condition. I figure it is much easier to get something wrong put right before you drive away rather than coming back afterwards.
