Actually I can say that I am going to court on Friday in Ventura because the first Sunday of March, I was driving through Rincon down in Ventura, and right before I got close to the 126 around a mile or so, I had a cop get behind me for 1 - 3 minuets and then he pulls me over and starts trying to get me to admit guilt to him of speeding when I was passing at 65 - 70 in my 05 Pontiac GTO Yellow M6 that I had and he wrote me a ticket for 93 with no proof of radar and then added on the same ticket a written Warning Following too close! The worst thing is he wrote my car as an 03 which is funny because GTOs did not come out until 2004 and mine was a 2005.. He stated to me that he got me on radar but did not write a radar number down! Then I get another ticket driving to see my g/f *who is a member on this forum as well*, I got hit with a Radar Ticket in Buelton which court was in Solvang *easy to deal with* and on that ticket I am doing a Trial By Declaration!

I have an e-book which I purchased to help beat the first ticket and now the second ticket.. It was written by an Ex Police officer and I think it will help otherwise I am going to be screwed! Since the first CHP Officer *Hall Monitors as I have heard they are called by local Sheriffs* did not pace me, he had to do 93 to catch up to me and when the traffic was going 45 - 50 mph on the freeway, I went around the pack in the middle lane to pass and the cop was telling me that I was doing 93! I can say a Yellow car is what was the cause of me getting pulled over especially since it was a LS2 GTO and Yellow to boot! If anyone wants the Book, send me a PM and I will send it to you to help!

Now that I have the 08 Si Sedan and being Black, I will blend in a lot more and have less dealings with the CHP or any cops for that matter!
