June 9th is my birthday damn sucks man i think you will fine since its your first offense and if i were you i would take some driving classes it will make yourself look better in court how old are you and what state are u in ?

Have a great time in the court room. My fine for 122 in a 65 was 7 or 800 dollars.

what the hell were u thinking? 108mph? Complete stupidity - you should get ur license taken away. Not only did you endanger ur life but someone else's for your negligence. There is no reason to be driving that fast - none whatsoever.

and putting "CIVCs rocks" at the end really shows your maturity and you that u haven't learned your lesson

it's gonna be hard for you to get out of that one....most likely your looking at a 350-400 dollar ticket to pay. if you Plead not guilty they're gonna reschedule to another court date where the police officer will be present with the evidence where he/she clocked you at 108 further embarrassing you in court. The Judge might send you to jail immediately...j/k on that part.. Seriously if you plead guilty the fine might be reduced and that's about 3 or so points on your license since it's your first time. Take some type of defensive driving course (6 hours) to have those points on your license removed...You gotta pay to play brother...

Isn't that wreckless driving/ wreckless endangerment and is a felony? Misdemeaner for the former?

Don't say guilty, just say 'No contest'. It's sorta like guilty, but without the guilt. :T

^^what he said^^ I'm not saying you should lie to the judge but if you come off cocky like yeah i'm guilty "I know I was doing 108" that's a no no ...try to be honest as possible and convince the judge you've learned your lesson by shedding a tear or something...
