I agree, R18 FTW!!! I kind of wish I would have kept mine.

When I had my EX FG1, I didn't care about spending money on engine performance mods and focused on wheels, tint, lighting, tires, handling, etc.

Now that I have my Si, I'm doing I/H/E/IMG, cams, hondata, on just engine alone. Racks up to over $4000 very quickly.

wish I could spend $4K on wheels alone....*crying while thinking about Work VS-XX*

Wanna trade? My FG1 is the same color as your Si. How many miles does yours have.

I have 9,300 miles on my FG2. LOL, I wouldn't sell this car unless 3rd gear started to mess with me. It doesn't so i'ma keep it. I've always wanted an Si and I finally got one. If I can help it, I won't EVER get rid of it. It's what I work for and my pride and joy. I love my car. I'd feel the same if I had gotten an Ex. I'm wanting Rallye Red now. I love the black when it's clean but DAMN!...it's hard as hell to keep clean man!. And I'm OCD too!.

I have an RR FG2 and love it also! Of course, I also like FB and sometimes I wish I would have gotten that. But when it boils down to it, although I love many different cars (example: Mitsu Evo8), I don't wanna ever get rid of my Si. It's my pride and joy and I even loving vacuuming it out

No I don't have bugs on the front at all!. It's spotless!. Thats how I try to keep my car cause it's my DD and I know how soft and weak the paint on a HONDA can be so no luvbugs for me. I usually put wax on the whole frontal part of my car but mostly wax the whole thing every other wash. It's usually beading water everytime I'm washing it. Sometimes I debate whether I should wax it or not cause it looks waxed when I wet it.

RReuphoria: You own a HONDA, you have to be proud of it and love it.

Yeah I do the same thing except I use car polish instead of wax. It provides the same protection and is applied the same way but it also remove contaminants like tree sap and bug guts. As for the bugs on my car, I do the best to clean them off but I swear there must be about 3 gagillion of them on I-95 and I seem to hit every damn one of them so no matter how well I clean them off, more show up within a couple days.

isn't it bad to over wax? i heard it was. i wax my Si once every three months. but then again, it's parked inside my garage 5 days out of the week. and def. no love bugs lol it drives me crazy whenever i see a bug "stain" on my car. im one of those people that will scan down my car before driving and if i see something on there like a bug stain i will actually lick my finger and try to wipe it off haha.

I usually wash my car every Sunday or Monday. I wax when I don't see water beading anymore. That happens about at the end of the month. So I basically wax my car once a month. I just bucket wash my car at the car wash with a wash mitt and use their pressure washer wand to rinse. I don't see Lovebugs around much. I know we're in lovebug season but they aren't around and I'm not complaining LOL. My car is clean, it's just dusty right now.

Just got my R18 on Tuesday and it's plenty fast for me.

Mine's RR, so it looks fast, but it's meant to be a fuel-efficient daily driver, so the EX coupe was a better choice for me. Of course, I still drool over Fiji FG2s.

Si's are a rare sight in jax for some reason, but R18s are everywhere. Yesterday I was driving downtown and it was me in my FG1 and two R18 FAs in a row right behind me, they were both LXs like mine too. One was NHBP like mine and the other was TW. It must have been a strange sight, a black LX R18 coupe, a black LX R18 sedan, and a white LX R18 sedan all following each other.
