question about steering

so when i turn on my car and steer the wheel, turn it left or right, i hear this squeaky noise that i think is coming from the suspension. i recently dropped my car about 2 months ago so do you think that's a factor? what do you guys think?

ps. im planning to buy a camber kit soon. :)
