I just contacted my uncle who can check the VIN number of the car and check it's history and stuff so once he does check it out then I might call the dealership back and reconsider it

uhh, quick thing, I just checked the website and this is how the car is listed on their website

2007 Honda Civic - Details, Features, Specifications, Warranty

for price it doesn't say 16,995 it just says quote.....idk, this dealership seems sooo fishy lol
