I met this guy before...it shocked me when I heard this on the news. And for the record, he was racing a black Evo, not Civic.

all they have to go off of is witness reports and police reports. People who dont know shit about cars will call anything racing a civic. Or a honda/integra. you never hear people bitching about evos and STis being loud or the nissan drifters. Its always a civic when the witness doesnt know any better. It could have been going down the rod sideways with the rear wheels roasting, and the guy would have said it was a civic
